What should I do in an emergency?
Call the emergency line, which is open around the clock. The duty vet will assess the situation and open the clinic if needed.
Which animals do you treat?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, pet birds and rodents. There is a dedicated vet for exotic pets.
When should a puppy or kitten first visit?
Within the first week at home. The vet gives you a written vaccination schedule suited to your pet.
Is anaesthesia safe?
A blood test is done before every procedure and the anaesthesia is chosen accordingly. Vital signs are monitored throughout.
Can I stay during grooming?
Yes, and for nervous animals we actually recommend it. There is a seat for owners in the salon.

After the appointment, by cash or card. The annual care plan can be paid at once or in two parts.
